We have been getting harrassing phonecalls from these stunned idiots for two months now, claiming we owe Rogers.The information the rep had, did not match our city or the correct age.

He didn't even know where he was calling. It's like they randomly pick someone with the same name as the person who actually owes the debt, and pins it on THEM!

Doesn't matter if you deny you're that person, they keep making your skin crawl with their annoying phonecalls!Rogers needs to reassess who they use for collections, because it's making me resent them as well!

Yeah, I work for Iqor.Not for Rogers but elsewhere.

I love it, the bonus is great.I know how to do my job properly which makes the collectees less angry.

I work there,never heard of Rogers,but we collect on student loans. Iqor is not to be trusted....they cheat the employees out of bonuses..I could go into long detail but won't. I'll tell more when I start my new job..just trust me..tell them not to call and legally they are supposed to STOP!!!
