Complaint on recruitment supervisor Medellín colombia
I was contacted unsolicited from this company by a very unsavoury and unprofessional recruitment supervisor based in Medellin Colombia. After many failed attempts to contact their management/administrative department with no success to file my complaint.
I have decided to post in this forum; Good afternoon. I found this number listed on Google for a company listed as iqor in Envigado viva laureles. I am unaware if this number is for upper management? Or your human resources department?
In any case I would like to report to your management or administrative department that a few minutes ago I was contacted by one of your recruitment supervisors with the name of :Sebastian Fernandez Supervisor de reclutamiento, Centro Comercial Viva Envigado piso 1 He contacted me unsolicited offering me employment at which I replied respectfully. With the following screenshots I will send. I find it very unsavoury and with great lack of professionalism your representatives contact job seekers with such a negative attitude. Henceforth I am filing a complaint with your company's management team so you may train your staff in a more effective way to deal with perspective job seekers.

Supervisors at Iqor in Miramar,Fl
Supervisors that are SEXUALLY HARASSING AND FORCING THEMSELVES ONTO YOUR AGNETS ARE 1) MIKE2) SUNNY3) QUA
Supervisors are there to help these agents, to show them the rhythm of customer service and sales. Supervisors are supposed to take each agent underneath their wings and show them different ways to achieve this companys goals. At Iqor the exact location is 2989 N Commerce Pkwy, Miramar,Fl 33025. There are several supervisors acting very UNPROFESSIONAL in the work environment and with your agents.
These same supervisors are sleeping with different agents in this same work environment. They are not supposed to be sleeping with someone under them! They are not supposed to be pushing up on other agents as well. You have agents at this location trying to enforce SEX at a work place.
And if the agent doesnt comply or like the supervisor in a sexual manner, Iqors superiors will make the agents work environment harder for them.
These same supervisors will verbally tell an agent at work while on the clock how they want to and excuse my language but how they want to *** them. They would touch and rub on these agents AT WORK! I run my OWN COMPANY and I WOULD NOT AND COULD NOT ALLOW MY SUPERVISORS TO BE SLEEPING WITH EACH OTHER NOR THE EMPLOYEES I HAVE WORKING UNDERNEATH THEM!!! I absolutely WOULD NOT ALOOW MY SUPERVISORS TO BE GOING AROUND MY PLACE OF BUSINESS HARASSING MY AGENTS.
Please do something about this as soon as possible.
These supervisors should be handle with a professional matter and there should be an investigation on supervisors

I’ve never used them. All I wanted was a job but they robbed me, hacked my account and then asked me for money in exchange for the recovery of my account!
The guys that work for the company ask people that want a job there for money for software, background check, badge and then they steal your info and break into your account and ask you for more money in order to get your account back!

Scam hiring
Ive been contacted by a Mary Thomas who says shes with your company. The interview was done on zoom but text only.
Her email address is Iqor talentsexecs.com. I was texted and told to get on zoom chat. She told me the company would send me a check for some very expensive equipment and after a pretty long interview I was hired. But Im not comfortable with any of this can you please verify the information and contact me as soon as possible.
317-363-****. Im supposed to get back with her at 8 am with a trainer and Ive only given my name address phone and gmail.
But Im sure they will want other information on the morning. Please advise quickly

That should actually say something about the company and what they do.
For being in I assume Communications where they lack thereof. My check for over $1,100 I'll probably sit at the State office here in Ohio forever since I can't seem to get anybody for my cord to return my call or even acknowledge my review.i

YES, THEY paid me for the two weeks before they terminated us, but did not pay me for the following week they terminated me and I have not been able to get in contact with nobody, I am happy to say I was able to locate my w2's online, but would like my money they caused me to be backed up on my bills and nobody cares
