Hey, my name is Timmiah Mester I have been working at Iqor for 3 weeks not actually 3 weeks and 2 days. The problem started in training when I signed my new hire packet I was told that we were doing 6 weeks of on-site training after the 3rd day on site we were told the at everyone was going home with equipment next week.
So we are training from home now this is the 2nd week of training second day yesterday we were told that we would have to take phone calls Thursday we wasnt supposed to take calls until next Tuesday. We have not finished training we have not Finished WBTs we have NOT been properly trained at all I have been working in the call center field for 5 years and never experienced anything like Iqor in my life . We havent finished any of the lesson but yet we have to take phone calls because the Texas,Plano location only have 3 trainers. They have more New Hires than they do trainers so this is forcing everyone to move at a high risk pace.
No one is properly trained due to the fact that the 3 trainers are running around like chickens with their heads cut off trying to maintain over 3 classes. I dont see a trainer position open at all !!! I just wanted to bring awareness to how this company is being ruined by unprofessional training. We are being under paid being the circumstances of our job description thats constantly changing everyday we log in our computers from home.
If the training was going to be cut short we should have been trained on site. I have ran into a couple of problems with this job and I did email HR .

Hey this is Jasmine Bryant I understand that the decision was made (of me being fired) however I have multiple witnesses around when on the call. As well as Toni who was the person who I asked if I needed to call him back.
It has been state multiple times that Robin doesn't take escalated calls and will press us to de escalate the calls.. There was other agents yesterday who took calls and requested her to speak to a customer and she forced them to de escalate... I asked Toni did I need to call him back and she stated no... so when it comes to the decision I think that it should be reviewed because I asked a supervisor questions regarding the call and also asked if I needed to call him back...
so can you please take this in consideration.
I love my job and was thinking that I was doing great. I don't see why after asking higher management I get the consequences of being misled.
